Kernow Springs Nordic Spa is a celebration of Scandinavian wellness, born from a love of hot and cold immersion therapy and everyday self-care, right here in Cornwall.

In our space, “hot and cold” isn’t just a routine, it’s a philosophy. Guests soak in our huge 15-person woodfired hot tub, plunge into our cold water dip tank, then rest in our woodfired sauna, and repeat.
